Psychoanalysis

Psychoanalysis is the most comprehensive form of psychoanalytic treatment. It is not limited to people suffering from psychological symptoms; it is equally suited to those who wish to understand and develop their personality in depth.
At the centre are unconscious conflicts, relationship patterns, and repetitions, as well as the question of how one's life has come to take its particular course, and what is needed in order to live an authentic and self-determined life.

Psychoanalysis could be a good fit for those who:
find themselves repeatedly in similar situations or relationship patterns.
suffer from persistent psychological difficulties for which previous treatments have not been sufficient.
seek deep and lasting changes in their personality.
bring the time and willingness to engage seriously with themselves.

Initial consultation
The initial consultation is a first meeting of 50 minutes. It offers an opportunity to speak about what has brought you here, to ask questions about psychoanalysis, and to get a sense of whether working together might be right for you. There is no obligation to continue.
Fee: 90 € per 50 minutes.

Ongoing sessions
As a psychoanalyst in advanced training under supervision, my work is regularly discussed with experienced supervisors. This offers a particular form of quality assurance and, at the same time, allows for a somewhat lower fee than that usually charged by fully licensed psychotherapists. Statutory health insurance generally does not provide reimbursement. Fees therefore need to be paid privately.
