IV. Data deletion and storage duration

The data is only stored as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract. Afterwards the data will be deleted. In addition, there may be legal storage obligations, e.g. according to the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB) and Federal Fiscal Code (BAO). After the legal retention periods have expired, we will immediately delete your personal data from our databases (both digital and physical).


V. Use of cookies

FBC uses cookies to improve the website’s appearance and navigation. A cookie is a text file that is sent from the web server to the browser. This file contains the URL that was visited, the date of the visit and an expiration date that determines the period of cookie activity. FBC uses cookies on the one hand to determine the preferred areas of FBC's websites visited and on the other hand to enable the user to save his or her personal settings so that they will be available the next time the page is accessed.
